Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how Pulmo Balance is shipped, how long it takes to arrive, and how to track your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All Pulmo Balance orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer fast, tracked shipping throughout the United States, including all 50 states. Free standard shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages.

Standard shipping is fulfilled via USPS or comparable national carriers. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. International Shipping

Pulmo Balance ships to a number of international destinations, including the following Tier 1 countries:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can monitor your shipment's progress at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pulmobalance.com.

5. Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All Pulmo Balance orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging that does not display the product name, ingredients, or any branding visible from the outside. The return address shows our fulfillment center, not the product brand. Your purchase remains completely private from neighbors, mail carriers, or anyone else who might see the package.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@pulmobalance.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with members of your household and any safe drop-off locations
  2. Look around the delivery area (porch, garage, mailbox, neighbors)
  3. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier with the tracking number
  4. If still not located after 48 hours, contact us at support@pulmobalance.com

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

8. Refused Or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect address, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you do not wish to receive the package, you may request a refund subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing for international orders, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any unusual delay affects your order.
